  • Monthly reports that show what your budget actually produced.
  • One team for outreach, streaming, giving and follow-up, so nothing falls between vendors.

Where outreach loses people

Most ministries don't have a message problem. People drop off somewhere between hearing about you and getting involved.

  1. Hears about your ministry
  2. Can't find youYour posts and ads don't reach them.Fix: reach
  3. Visits, watches or follows
  4. Can't take partNo way to watch or join from home.Fix: stream
  5. Wants to give, register or ask
  6. Gets stuckGiving is clumsy, or a call goes unanswered.Fix: give and respond
  7. Becomes a member, partner or donor

Results depend on your audience, budget and follow-through, so we set honest expectations before any money is spent.

Reach: social media and outreach for ministries

Every campaign starts with one goal: attendance, registrations, partners, donations or prayer requests. We plan around your calendar and events, and within the ad platform rules that apply to your content.

  • Social media management. Content calendars, audience targeting and community engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
  • Content and video. Graphics, reels, videos and carousels made for each platform.
  • Paid advertising. Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok campaigns aimed at the people and regions you serve.
  • Event campaigns. Conferences, tours and special services, from first announcement through the recap.
  • Partnerships and networking. Connections with creators and voices whose audiences fit your mission.
  • Reporting. Monthly results with testing and adjustments based on what the numbers show.

Stream: live services, conferences and events

Many people now attend by phone first. We help you stream services and events reliably, then turn each broadcast into content that keeps working all week.

  1. BeforePromote the date, build a reminder list and set up the stream on YouTube, Facebook or your website.
  2. LiveProduce and deliver the feed, with chat moderation and a clear next step on screen.
  3. AfterCut highlights and clips for social media, and follow up with people who tuned in.

Give & sell: online giving, resources and registration

When someone is ready to give or sign up, the page has to make it easy, especially on a phone. We help you plan and set up giving pages, resource stores for books and teaching series, and event registration.

Example giving page for illustration only.
  1. A clear causeOne purpose per page, in plain words.
  2. Suggested amountsFewer decisions, faster giving.
  3. One-time or monthlyRecurring options for ongoing partners.
  4. Fund designationGivers choose where their gift goes.
  5. Checkout built for phonesMost givers will find you on one.
  6. Thank-you and follow-upA prompt confirmation, then a welcome series.

The right giving or store platform depends on your needs and existing systems. Receipts, tax-deductibility language and state fundraising registration should be reviewed with your accountant or attorney.

Respond: put AI to work in your office

Church and ministry offices are often run by a few busy people. Depending on the platform and your setup, an AI assistant can be configured to handle calls like this:

Someone calls the officeDuring the week, after hours or on the weekend
The assistant answers with your ministry's nameIt takes the caller's name, number and reason for calling
Routine questionAnswers itService times, location and events, using only information you've approved
Wants a meetingTakes a requestRecords preferred times for staff to confirm. It books directly only when connected to your calendar.
Prayer, care or urgentA person takes overHands it to your teamTransfers the call or alerts the right staff member right away

People stay in charge

Pastoral care and prayer requests always go to a person. Before launch, we decide with you how callers are told they're speaking with an automated assistant, what gets stored and who can see it, and which call-recording and texting rules apply. This isn't legal advice.

Questions ministry leaders ask

Do you work with organizations outside Florida?

Yes. We're based in Lakeland and work remotely with ministries, churches and nonprofits across the country.

Which services make sense for a church or ministry?

It depends on your goals and budget. A church may need steady social content and a reliable stream. An evangelistic ministry may need event campaigns in several cities. We recommend the few things most likely to help rather than everything at once.

Can you stream our services and events?

Yes, we can help plan, produce and deliver live streams to platforms such as YouTube and Facebook. What's needed depends on your venue, equipment and internet connection, which we review with you first.

How does online giving work?

We help you choose a giving platform that fits your needs, then set up clear giving pages, recurring options and follow-up emails. Receipts and tax language should be confirmed with your accountant.

Can AI really answer our church office phone?

For routine questions, yes: service times, directions and event details. It only shares what you approve, and prayer requests, pastoral care and anything urgent go to a person.

Can a 501(c)(3) run ads about causes?

Usually, yes. Some platforms require extra authorization for ads about social issues, and 501(c)(3)s face IRS limits on political campaign activity. We plan campaigns with those rules in mind. Check legal questions with your attorney.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on scope: the services you need, your ad budget, the systems involved and how much ongoing support you want. After a consultation, we recommend a scope and give you pricing before any work begins.

How will we know it's working?

At the start, we agree on the measures that matter to you, such as attendance, registrations, gifts, stream viewers or cost per result, and report on them monthly.

What's the one thing you'd fix first?

Tell us about your ministry or organization and the challenge that matters most right now. We'll follow up to set a time to talk.
