About Resource Group Media

“Resource Group’s” brand was originally started by its founder Steve Brown and over the years has become a multi million dollar producing company and agency. Steve and his family were originally from England where he studied at both Cambridge University and Regents University.

Resource Group Media is the newest company under the Resource Group brand; birthed from Steve’s desire to help organizations and businesses with their marketing and social media marketing. From his extensive experience with  national events, planning and production, he often noticed a distinct difference between the vision of the event or product launch, and the actual response, or turn out at an event. In discussion with these same management teams and conferences it became obvious that the key area that was failing was in the marketing.

In discussions with friends who owned a social media agency in California, it became obvious that there was a solution in marketing events with both conventional and social media marketing, and so a journey of research, learning, studying, began.  At the same time another friend, John, who also owned a highly successful social media company, offered business guidance, assistance and shared his knowledge on algorithms in social media marketing and over the next year became Steve’s go-to mentor on social media.

The end result was the founding of Resource Group Media and the beginning of a highly succesful Social Media Marketing Agency. Within a few months, RGM was running successful ads for companies and spending tens of thousands of dollars per month on media budgets to the point that  Facebook called and offered their backend support.  The following month so did Google ad managers. Moving forward to today; Resource Group Media place $1,000’s of dollars worth of marketing ads per week translating to $100,000’s of sales in return for clients ranging from events, products, and financial markets. 

Today, Resource Group Media is a registered agent of United Nations Global Marketplace, used by 27 UN organizations to provide requests for proposals and tenders of work. Resource Group Media brings to the table the best of social media, media management, and PR teams to create amazing value and R.O.I. for our clients using a social media-centric web presence.
