By evaluating these results, Sprout Social has calculated the best times to publish based on the highest engagement rates in this material – which differs somewhat from the information you get from the information from on-platform insights, as these reports are usually based on when users are active in-application.
This could make the study by Sprout Social a more precise predictor of the best posting times for an optimum engagement – but it is still noteworthy that the information provided is general and focused on a large collection of data. The best times for you to post are your particular audience and preferences, but data overviews like that will help direct your posting strategy and help you quickly tap the best posting rates to increase your performance.
